I’m sitting in the warm kitchen, waiting for my bread to be baked through. We are a gluten intolerant family, and having learned to bake proper GF bread is such an amazing thing! (The shop bought stuff is very expensive and doesn’t taste nice at all) I have perfected the recipe and now have begun adding things like Rosemary, Garlic, and Olives to the mix. There’s a tub of Ground Cinnamon in the cupboard for making buns later.
